The APP offers the latest in the world of NJ craft breweries

We take our good times seriously here in New Jersey, and nowhere is that more evident than in our vibrant craft brewing community.

In 2020, according to the Brewers Association, there were 134 breweries in the state, ranking New Jersey 20th in the nation in all breweries.

Here on the Jersey Shore, we have more than 20 breweries in Monmouth and Ocean Counties alone – and Asbury Park Press features journalist Alex Biese who has spent years telling readers the inside stories of the world of craft beer.
