JASON: EASTER IS TOMORROW. IF YOU’RE STILL LOOKING FOR LAST MINUTE CRAFTS FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY, YOU ARE IN LUCK THIS MORNING. GINA TEPPER JOINS US THIS MORNING. HELLO. >> HELLO. HOW ARE YOU DOING? JASON: I’m fine. IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT ME, I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A CHEAP ALTERNATIVE. IT’S SAID YOU HAVE A LOT OF IT. START BY MEANS OF DECORATING THE LEAST DISORDERING EGGS, WHAT DO YOU DO? >> I LOVE REUSE, AND ALSO IT’S SPRING BREAK FOR KIDS SO LET ME GIVE YOU FUN THINGS TO DO AT ANY AGE OR EVEN IF YOU ARE OLDER AND STILL LOVE CRAFT, THIS IS AMUSING. I WILL SHOW YOU BEATENED EGGS. THIS IS A GREAT STRESS RELIEF. LOOK AT THIS. IT’S PEEL AND STICK FELT WHERE YOU CAN GLUE IT. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET FROM MODELING DOUGH. THIS IS THE KIND OF GAME THAT IS NOT DIFFICULT AS PLAY DOE DOES NOT WORK. PUT IT HERE, PUSH IT AND IT DYES. JUST PUT A BOUQUET OF EYES AND THINGS AND YOU CAN MAKE THE FUN EGGS. IT’S GREAT WHEN YOU’RE IN THE OFFICE AND YOU’RE LIKE, OH – JASON: IT’S EXPRESS RELIEF. UNDERSTOOD. >> YES, THIS IS GREAT. UFS SHAKERS, I LOVE DOING THESE. THEY ARE FUNNY. FILL THEM WITH RICE, BEANS, GET DIFFERENT SOUNDS AND YOU CAN JUST HAVE FUN AND PLAY WITH THEM. CHILDREN LOVE THIS. ALSO I WANT TO SHOW YOU HOW TO DECORATE CLASSIC EGGS BECAUSE THEY ARE FUN. THEY ARE PRETTY. ANOTHER THING YOU CAN DO. AND, ALSO, WITH ALL THE RAIN AND WIND WE HAD, THERE ARE A LOT OF BRANCHES FALLING SO I LIKE TO MAKE THIS EGGS FOR EASTER. I JUST HAVE BRANCHES AND PAINT THEM. CHILDREN LOVE TO GO OUTSIDE AND PICK UP BRANCHES AND OBJECTS. THIS IS A GOOD THING. PUT IN PEN FOAM. PUT IT THERE, DECORATE WITH EGGS, FILL THEM WITH CANDY. ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS TAP A TAPE. I ALSO LIKE TO MAKE MESTER PINATA. JASON: THAT’S GOOD. CHECK THIS. >> IT’S EASY. YOU KNOW YOU HAVE GIFT BAGS THAT HAVE WEAR FABRICS. I USED IT TO MAKE THIS TYPE. IT’S JUST FROM CARDBOARD. >> I LOVE. >> AND I MADE A HATCH FOR YOU TO PULL THESE AND CANDY COMES OUT, IF YOU CAN SEE. JASON: THIS IS GREAT. >> YOU DON’T HAVE TO SPEND ALL THAT TIME ON THIS CUTE AND HIT IT. JASON: JUST OPEN THE HATCH. >> YOU JUST CUT THIS AND PASTE IT. IT’S CUTE. JASON: YOU WILL SHOW ME OTHER WAYS TO REUSE THE THINGS YOU CAN FIND. A BIRCH, A LITTLE OF BARK. USE THIS. >> YES. I LOVE CANDLES BUT I LOVE FLAMELESS CANDLES AND THEY ARE VERY CHEAP TO GET. I LOVE TO DECORATE THEM, AND I MADE THIS BIRCH BLANKET. LOOK AT THIS. HE WALKS STRAIGHT. AND THIS IS MADE FROM A ROLL OF WRAPPING PAPER. JASON: I LOVE it. >> YOU CUT IT AND I JUST GLUED IT – IT’S TISSUE OR A PAPER TOWEL. YOU PAINT IT AND YOU CAN JUST PAINT IT. JASON: NO. >> WATCH THIS. NO ONE WOULD KNOW THIS IS NOT A BIRCH CANDLE. JASON: MAY NOT BE ABOVE MY SKILL LEVEL, GINA. >> IN FACT, IT’S REALLY EASY. YOU DON’T WANT TO PUT A REAL CANDLE IN IT. YOU WANT A WITHOUT A FLAME. NO ONE WOULD KNOW. >> THE OTHER THING IS FOR SPRING, THIS LITTLE FRENCH VASE IS VERY CUTE, AND IT’S VERY EASY TO MAKE. LOOK HOW I DID IT. ONE CAN, ONE CUP. THAT’S IT. AND HERE TO GIVE HIM THIS FRENCH VASE LOOK. JASON: YOU HAVE FOUND SOME THINGS EVEN I CAN ACHIEVE, GINA. >> THIS IS PRETTY, BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU PUT THEM ON A TRAY, AND YOU NEVER KNOW THIS IS REUSED AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO. THIS IS FUN TO REFRESH, BECAUSE I THINK WE CAN USE A LOT OF SPRING IN OUR HOUSE AND PUT THEM TOGETHER ON A TRAY AND IT WOULD BE REALLY BEAUTIFUL. JASON: ALL OF THESE THINGS ARE GREAT. ALL PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A LAST MINUTE TOUCH OF EASTER HAVE SEEN THEM
