2022 Holiday Craft Fair and Mini Market

With over 200 exhibitors filling the Douglas County Fairgrounds, this year’s Colorado Community Media Holiday Craft Show and Mini-Market is the best place to find that one-of-a-kind special gift for friends and family. The show showcases some of the most unique handicrafts in everything from metal and leather to flowers, baskets, ceramics and more.

Now in its third year – and spanning two buildings – this event is more exciting than ever. Last year, more than 3,000 customers attended.

Space Allocation
Allocated space is made by the event producer on a priority basis determined by space availability at the time of receipt of signed contract with full payment. All exhibitors must be approved by the event producer to participate. Applicants must provide a signed application with payment, photos, and information about their craft. Approval will come in the form of an email or a phone call.

Colorado Community Media (CCM) will make every effort to respond to inquiries with consideration, without warranty. Please include any special requests on the application form. Changes can be made before and on the day of the event if necessary.

First come, first served
Registration will be on a first come, first served basis. Once the kiosks are sold out, we will start a waiting list. Direct Selling Companies: Please specify your direct selling company in the application.

Space and use of the stand
Exhibitor agrees to occupy the contracted exhibit space during event hours and to sell/promote only the products and services described in the signed agreement.

Booths must follow established guidelines, and if you have anything unique or extraordinary to consider, please contact the event producer at least seven days prior to the event.

Exhibition packages:
Basic booth space 8X8 $180
Basic Booth Space 10×10 – $200
Corporate booth space – $400
Direct Selling Booth Space – $300
Non-profit Kiosk 50% OFF (Must provide proof of valid 501(3)c at time of request)

Supplements:

Table and chair – $50
Electricity – $25
Add business card/logo to website and print directory – $25

The following items are prohibited:
-Shine
-Confetti
-A fog machine
-Any objects that need to be glued, nailed or tacked to walls or floors.

If special needs are required, or if the exhibitor requires a table and chairs, you must notify the event producer of your needs.

Electricity
Electricity is available for those who have paid the fee or purchased an exhibit package that includes electricity. If you have not arranged for electricity but learn you need it, please contact the event producer. For more information on assigning your booth, please contact the event producer.

Booth size and fees
Non-profit organizations can receive a booth at half price.
Booth spaces are 10X10 or 8×8.
If you need more than one space, each space is an additional $200.
Tents, tables, chairs, etc. must be provided by the craftsman.

Limits
Booths must be set up and ready one hour before the show opens. Exhibitors will have one hour after the show on the last day to complete tear down and exit the building. After this time, a late fee of $50 per hour will be assessed and collected.

No one will be permitted to dismantle exhibits prior to the official closing of the show or with the prior approval of the event producer.

Unoccupied spaces
If the Exhibitor fails to register/occupy the contracted space or otherwise fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Event Producer reserves the right to use such space for whatever manner without releasing the exhibitor from payment of the agreed sum. with this contract. Payment/Refund Policies

As stated in your initial contract, there are no refunds once the agreement is signed. All booth space fees must be paid in full at time of contract and prior to set-up for the event. No refund will be made if the committed space is not used or is only used part of the time.

Exhibitor Safety and Security
CCM will not be responsible for injuries caused by misuse of furniture or fixtures. If assistance is needed, please notify event staff. It is strongly recommended that crates are not left unattended during the event and are removed to a safe location during loading and unloading. It is forbidden to stand on chairs, tables or rental furniture.

Responsibility
CCM cannot guarantee any loss or damage of any kind.

Space is rented with the understanding that exhibitors will release CCM or the Douglas County Fairgrounds from any and all liability, howsoever caused. CCM shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which may occur to exhibitors, their business, their employees or their property from any cause whatsoever before, during or after the periods covered by the exhibition contract.

Food Vendors:
You are responsible for the food you serve and for obtaining the appropriate public health licenses and permits. Neither Colorado Community Media nor Douglas County Fairgrounds are responsible for any illness.
